Recently, I wrote about the fact that VA Aid & Attendance Benefits are not countable as income in determining eligibility for Medicaid benefits. The same is true for Supplemental Security Income benefits. That is, VA Aid & Attendance Benefits are not countable as income in determining eligibility for SSI benefits either.
