Chair of the Elder and Disability Law Section (EDLS) of the New Jersey State Bar (NJSBA)

These NJSBA members deal with issues of special concern to the elderly, disabled, their families and caregivers, such as guardianship, powers of attorney, nursing home issues and Medicare/ Medicaid. The EDLS section holds monthly Business Dinners and Roundtable Discussions featuring prominent experts in the field of Elder and Disability Law. The section also holds an annual state-wide Elder Law Retreat for all members of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
