Donald Vanarelli, Esq.
Donald Vanarelli, Esq. is a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation, an ABA-certifying organization. Mr. Vanarelli represents older or disabled persons and their representatives in financing long-term medical care, nursing home issues, qualifying for Medicare, Medicaid and other public benefits, special needs planning, estate planning, probate and guardianship proceedings.
Mr. Vanarelli has also been approved as an Accredited Professional Mediator in civil, equity and probate litigation and is a co-founder of the Elder Mediation Center of New Jersey. He also has been trained in and practices Collaborative Law.
Mr. Vanarelli is also an Accredited Attorney by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
Mr. Vanarelli has been a practicing attorney since 1983, admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York. Mr. Vanarelli is also a Registered Guardian. Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Vanarelli worked for the Social Security Administration deciding claims for benefits under the Social Security, SSI, Medicare and Medicaid programs. Mr. Vanarelli is a past Chairman of the Somerset County Elder Law Committee, and past Secretary of the New Jersey Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He is also Vice Chairman of the New Jersey Bar's Elder and Disability Law Section and a member of the Union County Elder Law Committee and the National Guardianship Association. Mr. Vanarelli was selected as a NJ Super Lawyer in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 by a survey of his peers.
Mr. Vanarelli is a graduate of Montclair State College and Rutgers Law School. He served as Law Clerk to Hon. Herbert S. Alterman, J.S.C., and as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Kathmandu, Nepal.

Jennifer Decker, CPCU
Jennifer Decker, CPCU is a mediator, business consultant and trainer. Ms. Decker mediates in the areas of workplace, business, family business, divorce and elder mediation. Her consulting practice is focused on providing employee relations, compensation, strategic planning and marketing guidance to businesses and municipalities. Her training and related activities include the providing of employment discrimination prevention trainings and the conducting of internal discrimination complaint investigations, for the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.
Ms. Decker is a previous owner in two successful family businesses: Hastings-Tapley Insurance Agency Inc. and an Allegra Print & Imaging franchise. Her
insurance career encompassed several disciplines, including sales and marketing. Helpful to her particular understanding of how to sell elder mediation services, is her experience developing a long-term-care insurance niche. When mediating with adult family members, she also brings an understanding of the dynamics a family business contributes both to the business and to the family.
A member of the New England Chapter of the Association for Conflict Resolution, Ms. Decker received the BS in business from the University of New Hampshire and her Certified Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation from the Insurance Institutes of Malvern, PA.

Judith Parnes, LCSW, ACSW, CMC
Judith Parnes, LCSW, ACSW, CMC is the Executive Director of Elder Life Management. Elder Life Management, Inc. was established by Judith in 1987 to assist elderly individuals, families and others in the community with issues of elder care management and planning. Its emphasis is on the prevention of crisis situations in our clients' lives.
Experienced professionals in the field of gerontology offer education and consultation to those directly involved in the provision of care, and/or having decision making capacity. Elder Life Management, Inc. is a private, non-profit, agency dedicated to the preservation of dignity throughout life by assuring the highest level of physical and emotional independence possible for each client. Interventions are based on a comprehensive assessment of the older adults' needs and the development of a quality care plan.
Ms. Parnes holds a Masters in Social Work from Rutgers University, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and is certified as an Academy Certified Social Worker (ACSW) and a Case Manager (CMC).
Ms. Parnes has served on the State of New Jersey Long -term Care Ethics Committee, the Central Jersey Health Planning Council, the Monmouth County Advisory Council, the Rutgers School of Social Work, Advisory on Aging, the Jersey Shore Medial Center Bioethics Committee, and other formidable state and local organizations.

Mark Pass, MD
Dr. Mark Pass MD practices geriatric medicine and internal medicine in Lakewood and Manalapan, New Jersey. Dr. Pass is the attending physician at Jersey Shore Geriatrics and is the Alternate Medical Director for Meridian Hospice in Neptune, New Jersey. Dr. Pass's credentials include Doctor Of Medicine (1999)
from the American University of the Caribbean, Board Certified in Internal Medicine (2002), Board Certified in Geriatric Medicine (2003), and Board Certified in Hospice and Palliative Medicine (2006). He is a member of the American Medical Association, the American College of Physicians, the National Association of Chapters of the American Geriatrics Society, the Association of Hospice and Palliative Care Physicians, the American Medical Directors Association and the American Association of home Care Physicians. Dr. Pass is a member and President Elect of the NJ Chapter of the American Geriatrics Society. Committee involvements include the Bioethics Committee, Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Meridian Hospitals Computer Committee, the New Jersey Task Force on Cancer and Aging, the Ocean Medical Geriatric Oncology and Cancer Committees and the Meridian Hospice and Home Care Advisory Committee.
Dr. Pass is a frequent contributor to the Journal of the American Geriatric Society (JAGS) and the Journal of the American Medical Directors Association (JAMDA) and lecturer at the Jersey Shore Medical Center.

Connie Rosenberg, MPS, CCM, CMC
Connie Rosenberg, MPS, CCM, CMC is the owner of Services and Resources for Seniors, Inc.(SRS), a private geriatric care management firm, established in 1987. SRS is designed to help older and disabled adults and their families develop specific plans of care and focuses on blending the loving care of the family network with available resources in the community.
Ms. Rosenberg has provided private care management services for seniors and disabled adults throughout Northern New Jersey since 1987. She was elected to the Board of Directors of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers (NAPGCM) in 1991 and served thru 2002. She was the 2001 President of NAPGM. In 2011 she was appointed to the Board for an additional year. In 1989 she was appointed Chairperson of the Standards and Ethics Committee of NAPGCM and was an active member of the Committee for many years. Ms. Rosenberg was elected President of the Greater New York Chapter of NAPGCM in 1992 and 1994. She is a distinguished Fellow of NAPGCM.
She is currently on the Board of Directors of the Guardianship Association of New Jersey. Ms. Rosenberg was the 2003 recipient of the Adele Elkind Award for Professional Service in Geriatric Care Management at the Local and National Levels.
Ms. Rosenberg holds a Masters of Professional Study of Health Service Administration, with a focus on Mental Health and Gerontology Administration and is a Registered Nurse, receiving her diploma from the Hospital of University of Pennsylvania. She is a Certified Case Manager (CCM) by the National Academy of Certified Care Managers and Case Manager Certified (CMC) by the Commission for Case Management Certification.

Gabrielle Strich, Esq.
Gabrielle L. Strich, Esq. is the principal and owner of Strich Law Firm. Ms. Strich focuses on Mediation, Family Law, Elder Law, Employment Law and Business Law.
Ms. Strich is both an attorney who has not only practiced law in both law firms, corporations and the public sector and has management and sales experience, but is an advanced practitioner mediator. Ms. Strich is a New Jersey Court and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission appointed mediator. She was a member of the Executive board of the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators as well as the Chairperson of the Peer Consultation and Mentoring Committee-statewide for many years. Benni Versaci, LCSW, C-ASWCM
Benni Versaci, LCSW,C-ASWCM is the founder and President of Spectrum Care Management and Counseling, LLC. She provides care management, counseling and mediation services. Ms. Versaci has been providing geriatric care management services since 1999 in the community and has used these valuable skills in facilities for over 20 years. Ms. Versaci has earned crucial experience as a Social Worker, Director of Social Work and Assisted Living Administrator in several well-known long term care facilities throughout New York and New Jersey . She also served as the Director of Respite Services for developmentally disabled adults and children. Ms. Versaci has sat on Ethics and Privacy councils of renowned healthcare facilities and has developed and delivered educational seminars on Alzheimer's Disease.
Ms. Versaci has been a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers, the National Association of Social Workers since 1999 and the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators.
Ms. Versaci is a licensed Social Worker, earning her MSW from New York University. She is a licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey and a Certified Advanced Social Work Case Manager. She is currently the Vice President of the New Jersey Chapter of Professional Geriatric Care Managers.
