Shelby E. Neiss

Shelby E. Neiss began practicing law in 2005, and is admitted in New Jersey and New York. She graduated in 2002 from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health Administration. She earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2005, with a concentration in Health Law. During law school Ms. Neiss completed an internship in the legal department of the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey, and worked at an elder law firm in Manhattan.

Ms. Neiss is a graduate of the Joseph Halpern-David Furman American Inn of Court. She began practicing in insurance and commercial defense litigation with the firm of DiFrancesco, Bateman, Coley, Yospin, Kunzman, Davis & Lehrer, P.C., and joined our firm in 2007.
